He is also a Council Member of South Asian Institute of Legal Studies and Human Rights (SAILS Forum). Dr. Yubraj Sangraula has taught as Visiting Professor in Several Universities in Asia such as Rajibgandhi National Law University Punjab, Punjab University Law Faculty, Renmin University of China Law School, Chittagong University, and Chittagong, Bangladesh, Guru Govinda Indraprastha University Faculty of Law and Legal Studies, Beijing Communication University, China, Ehime University, Japan, Washington University St. Louis, Georgetown Law Center, USA.

Very encouraging. Intellectuals intervention could save Nepal. No hope from any of the old political parties. Your intervention must be strong and aggressive. Instead of trying everything new we already have a New political party - RSP. We mostly see youth technocrats and they intend to make change possible. They could your good faith picks. Hola rajtantra as a system galat hola aaja ko time ma tara 5000-7000 barsa agadi dekhi scholar lai raja haruley pani samman garera sallaha liney garthey( as gurus) tara aaja ka 8 class fail politician ley phd holders lai manxey gandainan.. I see so many similarities with indian political system(predominantly in negative way)..
