A nice twist to this story would have been that when Joan arrives at her new prison she finds out the governor is Colleen Powell and Bea Smith is a social worker or drugs counsellor

Funny how one minute Rita's having chemo the next she's well enough to escape and commit robbery. I've always loved the end of this final episode, Joan ranting and raving.

I've more or less binge-watched the entire series about 3 times over the last 6 or 7 years... every time I reach the end, my eyes well up a bit... and I immediately contemplate going back to Episode 1...! SUCH a brilliant show...

Cannot even hazard a guess at how many times I have watched the full series, Thank You so much for brightening up the cell block! other versions are so dark and dowdy. I ALWAYS cry watching this episode. And so happy that Rita got to live. Although wish that Mrs Reynolds had said something to Meg along the lines of her being in remission just so we the fans knew for sure!

Thanks for the work involved in putting it together. Remember some people are jealous and never mind them. This is a great creative ending. Congratulations. After watching all the episodes with great acting the actresses and actors become fascinating. The update on them in the story is a perfect ending. I know I'll be watching many more times. I could not believe how many little things I missed before. Congratulations.

Love Prisoner im a Original Watcher & the memories it bought back both of the show &My life at the time as a 17yr old But the best is my daughter's Are Wentworth fans so after being nagged into it I watched Wentworth then threw the Challenge out to my 25yr to watch a 40yr show She Luvs it &has watched it every night she still has 60 episodes to go But I Never seen the end until now &I LOVED IT ,PRISONER H BLOCK BEST AUSSIE DRAMA 💯👍🌟💕🌠💪🎖💕🇦🇺🌟👍
