I think that this season, and this entire show is amazing because it's teaching really positive and important morals to kids all over the world, which is a rarity in most western shows, which are largely hollow comedies. Plus, I believe people are judging this season too early, it's a new cast and we are still in the first ten episodes, usually dedicated to character development, so be patient and watch.

I agree with what you're saying, but I do wish that they'd show more details in the actual cardfights. It's too vague for anyone to know how the cards work and now if anyone wants to know what a card does, they have to look it up after each episode. I really appreciated how they would go through and explain the skills of each card in the old series. They still had character development even with the full explanations. Now it's just "Oh look! Chrono used Stride and now he apparently wins!"

I like how in this series the girl are actually important and play a key role like in the office misaki only filled up the last spot and basically lost all of her battles but in this tokoha barely ever lost and when she did is because she got upset and did a bad play
