Hello Gentlemen, Thank you for your maintenance video, hints, and tips. It's something I should do more of even though looking after my kit is very important to me. Thank you.

I always keep a lightly oiled rag in a polythene bag with my rifles and give them a quick wipe over before putting them back in the gun bag. I like those silicone impregnated gun socks too. It takes little effort and really helps keep your guns in good nick.

I’ve had a sweet little Napier cleaning kit for years that I keep all the essentials in! Napier air gun spray is my go too for gun care! Ballistol is also very good for metal and wood! It will add a shine to a dry stock finish like you often get with AA rifles! I’ve got a 13 year old 100 that is mint! I’m talking not a mark in it anywhere! Well done guys

hi fellas great video, ok now for the question what's the best way to clean a tap loading rifle? i'm reluctant to remove it due to refit & alignment issues occurring, any advice would be welcome. thanks
@hotair426911 ай бұрын
Hello mate, if you’re not confident of removing then definitely don’t attempt that method. You can push some thin fishing line through the tap and into the barrel, loop both ends, tie some thicker line to the thinner gauge line and then attach a patch to the loop in the thick line, then you have a very basic pull through system :) hope that helps

@@hotair4269 thanks for the reply I’ll give the fishing line a try👍
