Episode 8: Fisher Island's Crown Jewel Penthouse at Palazzo Della Luna (Asking $48,000,000)

In Episode 8, Lucas is joined by Episode 5 guest Anzhela Petukhova. Together, they ride up in a golf cart (the preferred mode of transportation on Fisher Island) to meet up with Sales Executive Kinga Konsorska to tour Penthouse 2 at Palazzo Della Luna, the Crown Jewel Penthouse of Fisher Island.
Penthouse 2 at Palazzo Della Luna is a GINORMOUS property. My Grandmother, G-d rest her *BEAUTIFUL, SELFLESS, GENEROUS soul* lived in the Penthouse and left ALL her largess to charity and her Wolves, her African Grey Parrot ( Named Wolf-!- 💕 ) and Galapagos Tortoise named Landon. She was an amazing, wonderful woman who only wanted to use her own finances to *help* people and animals. Her Will dictates that until the animals have lived their lives ( *to the FULLEST EXTENT* ) then our family’s foundation can sell the Penthouse. She saved a sick, blind, toothless Lion named Nicodemous, who lived at her estate in Manalapan ( North Palm Beach ) from a roadside ‘zoo’ on Alligator Alley….. I miss her so *SO MUCH* ….. Rest In Paradise, Duchess L. You are nothing but kind, open minded and respectful and open HEARTED ❤️ Person. She was *EVERYONE’S *QUEEN*. The Queen of Kindness, Compassion and *REAL* Love ❤️ 💗
