Btw, the Kitchen Sink song...Tyler has said that something happened to him in/on a kitchen sink. Something positive, and he used that to give him purpose. Hence, to stay alive |-/. So a kitchen sink to him is not a kitchen sink to you. You find your own purpose, whatever it is. Something only you know, so it doesn't lose its purpose. I hope I made sense. thank you again. the feature in the bridge of kitchen sink is actually Tyler's little brother Zack And generally Kitchen Sink is really underrated like the whole album it's just not too popular since it's not on iTunes or spotify but it's definitely a fan favorite it's not actually the first version of trees, the first version was actually on Tyler's solo album Also the feature in Be Concerned is not Zack Joseph, it's Jocef. And if you're into really good lyrics listen closely to the bridge part of that song. Yeah if you take House Of Gold as a closer, the album ends much happier as the others, all other albums leave you crying or with an existential crisis but house of gold as a closer makes it a bit happier Please do No Phun Intended too, with that album you will get a whole new perspective on every twenty one pilots song you already know

A lot from the twenty one pilots albums was originally from NPI, definitely some raps and especially the rap that was later used in Ode To Sleep, if you didn't understand it in that context, on NPI it finally makes sense. But there are also some musical ideas that originally were on NPI and would later resurface on all four twenty one pilots albums

I absolutely loved this reaction and it was soooo worth the wait!!! I noticed you mentioned how Tyler has matured both lyrically and musically, and I wanted to ask if you are Catholic or even Christian? I understand that this is a personal question and totally respect you if you are not, but Tyler has a lot of religious undertones in his music. In his first album the religion is very heavy, then as the albums progress the speaking of God and religion is still prominent but hidden under everything else. So, if you are religious I totally recommend looking deeper in to the lyrics from all 4 albums to truly see how he has greatly matured as a writer. I'm really not a fan of how much it divides and I don't agree with many Christian teachings and beliefs, but I definitely picked up on his religious tone on some of his music. I think I prefer the house of gold on this version. Tyler's voice is more raw and somber almost as if the entire song is sarcastic. plus the music vid for this version with the broken down and molding house it's just darker and for me has more emotional impact

While Be Concerned is definitely one of the weakest purely based on sound, I think the lyrical content can battle some of my favorites from the album. I wish they brought back Tyler's brother from Kitchen Sink to do the second verse too. But seriously man, thanks again, this series has been as much fun for us as I assume it was for you guys, can't wait for whatever's next!

I'm in love with Vessel, but Blurryface just has so many great songs. I'm w you on that. I was introduced to TOP the 1st time right before Blurryface came out. They were opening for FOB and Panic! So, Stressed out w as the only single at the time. It's the kind of album where 75% of the songs sound like singles.
