I've noticed that many of the recipe posts on KZbin are great proponents of avoiding dairy, nuts, gluten and sugar or salt ! The fact that most of these authors are not intolerant or allergic. They are fadding! There is so much propaganda out there now for all these fads and silliness! Avocado Oil vs Olive Oil vs Safflower or Sunflower oil, vs Butter, Lard and Tallow! Your balanced view and practical presentation is so vital! I do wish that people would listen to you!

We all have our providence! Artisanal Flour is so expensive and prohibitive for many of us yet we enjoy making our own bread. Sourdough starter helps to freshen up the dough! And refrigerating the dough before baking for up to 24-48 hours... how can we complain? Using Semola and Whole Wheat sifted and ginger and Barley Malt make a bread that is flavourful and healthy!

The style and tone in the beginning reminded me of the SNL Shweddy Balls skit 😄

Thank you guys for what you do! My red angus fatten and finish very well on just grass, fyi. I am looking at Dexter or another smaller breed for ease of processing at home, I dont like using the locker at all.

Why not keep having classes sooner by allowing students to use their beef cow to process and in return book a class and also charge a percentage of the butcher for the process

I'm excited to one day have a herd of Dexter Cattle. Similar to the longhorns, they have more natural genetics. What I love about the Dexter breed is their hardiness, calm temperament and the fact that they can be used for beef, milk and oxen! 🐮 Was so happy to see this podcast from you guys today ❤️ always enjoy sitting in on your conversations!
