As a father of 12 making a go of the catholic land movement in a high mountain desert, the issue of finding spouses and even religious orders is ever present. We have to come to terms with the notion of finding virtuous spouses within the Novus Ordo...even orders who keep to a rule and may not be Traditional in liturgy.

Sovereignty of the family and its role as a fundamental building block of society speaks loudly to the ironically individualistic aspects of the hippy commune that never dies as the ideal here in New Mexico. These individuals without family seak to create a family out of the state/commune
