Vic’s description of 9-11 was spot on. I was assigned to BS Vice. Responding through the Bklyn Battery tunnel was like an apocalypse. I couldn’t see more than a few car lengths in front of us. The sight has we exited the tunnel has been etched in my mind.

Great stories. Disturbing to know that there are (supposedly retired) Chinese intelligence officers involved in organized crime in the U.S. Aside from stealing cars, you have to wonder what else they could be up to.

It’s pronounced “ Van-Uh-Wah-Too” 😊. I’m not usually so persnickety, but after the third time he said it incorrectly, my skin was starting to climb off my neck. 😂

Oh please ,I worked 31 years in NY ghettos 70’s&80’s . NYPD acted disgraceful in years I watched them work . Drive around ghetto windows closed , AC on . Kids wave they don’t. NYPD should be ashamed of their personal. They are just as bad now as then .
