I never knew that the word "integrity" would make me learn a lot of things. These light lessons make these really simple words meaningful and encourage me. "By choosing integrity, I become more whole. But wholeness does not mean perfection. It means being more real by acknowledging the whole of who I am." I really love that!!💕 Thank you so much, Sierra and Brad!!

This episode was such a blast! Thank you Sierra and Brad! “Our friends are the fertilizer of our lives. Friends help us grow.” Thank you also Sierra, for being one of our fertilizers in our lives. 🥺🤗🥰 “Integrity is about wholeness, instead of living a fractured life.” 🥰🥰🥰 “Practice makes permanent. What you practice is what you become.” 🥰 “Society is a MOSAIC.” “Light Lessons is a SHARED EXPERIENCE.” Yaaaaas!!! It’s a great mosaic! 🥺🤗🥰🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Aaand the Marination Station hits me! “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive and go do that.” We’ll surely find what makes us come alive... Thank you again Sierra Boggess and Brad Berglund! 🤗🥰❤️

Integrity is definately in the top of my 10 values. Last week, I was in a formation and the teacher told us "When you establish the values of an organisation, it is very important to find for each one how to put it in practice" Everything comes together, and everything meets in the middle ! Also, the marination station makes me think of The Little Prince who says to businessman "These people are note people, they are mushrooms !" But human mushrooms can become alive ! :-D Thank you for all these good thoughts and for giving your time for us. It means so much.

Brad, thanks for sharing thoughts and insight about integrity. I also hear the words and wisdom of your mom and dad through your words and mannerisms.

This light lesson of integrity morphed into something actively alive and breathing, Integrity is something you build upon with every lesson learned through experience. The energy of identifying the moral qualities to which you internally admire and hold dear and having them mesh with your outer personna that the world sees leads to wholeness for happiness. A place within, where your inner voice and outer become one. That's just awesome! When you think about it, our integrity is really the only thing we own, that is authentically us. When stripped bare, like a birch tree void of leaves , it is our integrity that is honestly beautiful with a solid foundation of authenticity. I love the phrase of' friends as fertilizer ' for the on going support of our on growing-ness, to nourish and help affirm ones integrity. I loved 'practice makes permanent. ',,A version of practice what you preach or preach what you practice becomes a life cycle itself. ...Being over 60 myself, the reflective portion is where I spend a lot of my moments. To pause in mid step, to acknowledge the moments between breaths and between thoughts allows that unexpected light almost epiphany like to come. ....Rita Berglund coining the phrase "Cosmic Spa' for the marinating station in episode 11 was the best! Brad Berglund sharing this Howard Thurmonds quote was the best too. 'Don't ask what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive and go do it. The world needs people who are alive!' Brad and Rita Berglund are like two individual halves of a whole. I love them. Sierra thank you for bringing and sharing all these wonderful light workers with all of us. They and you have made such a difference in the world to be a better, kinder place. PS. Sierra you ask just the best questions and your passion for what you do shines light from your heart into ours. Thank you for our ongoing journey of light. PPS. I listened to this one 4 times.

Thank you for this, Sierra - and thanks to Brad, too - what a wonderful Light Lesson, with a great 'marination station' to ponder and integrate into our lives! I find I can relate well to the idea that 'friends are fertilizer'. I've been lucky in having a large circle of acquaintances, and several close friends; I met my best friend when we were 4 years old, and that friendship has now lasted for 54 years; this light lesson leads me to think on all the ways in which our friendship has enriched both our lives up to now, and will continue to do so as long as we're both still here. When our time comes to NOT be here, I hope both our hearts are as light as feathers! Thank you again (as others have said) for being a 'fertilizer' in our lives! 🥰🤗😊

This was a great conversation. Fertile soil, integer, integral, integrity. GREAT words...so cool. I'm wondering if aspects of integrity need a foundation or anchor to measure up to, tempered by humility....that constant pursuing of integrity for life. Live this. Thanks for sharing, Sierra. 💜

I can Already Tell you The Meaning of Integrity, "Doing the right thing, Even if No one is Watching". Which is Why We Need to get Trump Out of Office, That Man has NO INTEGRITY what so Ever. Making me do his Speeches on My Channel. That's Why I'm Not Uploading another video until After the Election. It's to Stressful for me.

Integrity is 1 of the 5 Tenets of Taekwon-Do, So I already put this 1 in My Bag, I Guess I need to Think up A New 1. I knew doing 87 would Run into a few Repeats, with Sierra's 20. This is the 3rd, The first 2 were Fully Present, and Be Brave.

I know I should be focusing on the light lesson but I'd just like to know if it's the same cat that creeps into your videos or do they trade off?
