Excellent video Phil, you're spot on. I find one of the problems with the family court, and maybe society in general, is that people are too easily believed; multiple spurious allegations, no evidence, etc, and this can cause as much harm to the children, as the allegations did in the first place, due to all the delays. And there's a hierarchy to it, with men being at the bottom. Even if it goes to a Fact Finding, most logical people would assume if there's no evidence, then no findings can be made, but the burden of proof is, pathetically, 'which version of events is more likely'. The family court need to change this and threaten actual consequences for perjury, imo

My exe’s latest fishing expedition was to try and get me to undergo a psychological evaluation. The judge refused but only because she is on legal aid and it was seen as a waste of public funds.

@@silasrocco yep, but that isn’t the half of it. She was my abuser and only claimed abuse AFTER I reported her. We both get legal aid and was told today funnily enough my bill is £25k as is hers no doubt. I have completed all my own paperwork, my solicitor has missed rework filling deadlines and appears more content about how hard he has worked at obtaining another tranche of funding while her brief is egging her on forever increasing her billable hours with a letter claiming some form of transgression. In the meantime my daughter has turned 16 and voted with her feet. Until then we had 50/50 custody but my eldest got sick of her. In retaliation she is trying to claim sole custody of the youngest whilst completely abandoning the eldest. All to get back at me for I don’t know what.

@@mrgrumpy70 What a mess eh? In my experience, and not just in my own case, the women will do ANYTHING to get back at the father, not giving a second thought to the children; they are just the tools. Phil is 100% correct about the filthy lawyers just stringing things out and egging on their clients. It's almost exactly the same scenario over and over again...fuck know's why the courts aren't wise to it. If you're struggling for evidence when it comes to a hearing, my advice is to have a diary and have EVERYTHING documented. And give Phil a call. Wish I had. Best of luck mate

@@silasrocco I have mountains of evidence I just don’t want a battle and to be left alone. Final hearing soon and then hopefully this insanity can end. I would have never handed over even half of what the state has paid for the service I received. Literally playing ping pong with billable hours.

Thanks for making these videos I saw this just in time to write a statement for my hearing tomorrow where I have received a non molestation application from my ex alleging assault, but having with no proof that it happened. I was preparing to write a lengthy defence with exhibits of texts and emails, examples of parental alienation and so on. Instead I've asked the court to help us make undertakings to commit to mediation and put the needs and rights of our children first. No negativity or defensiveness. Fingers crossed!

This are fantastic news, amazing news. Is a turning point, even thou already late for many cases unfortunately, but on time for many of us and from now on. I can't thank you enough dear Phil. Moving on from this nightmare and after not being allowed to see his own two Sons for almost 10 years due to alienation, my Partner finally got to a 3rd and final financial hearing in his divorce ... Guess What ... his ex was awarded 80% of the house that he had paid the mortgage for ! As she was 'supposedly' the main carer for her 29 year old son who now has mental health issues. The Law is an Ass.
