Many thanks for sharing this most intriguing episode with us old dude Lord Dude. I found that very inspiring. Looks like we are all almost the same age. Only a couple of years off the *BIG 80* and I cannot say that I am looking forward to it. All my old Army mates are dropping off the perch now and hope I still can stand to Attention in 2 years time. Best wishes my friend, and safe sailing!

I miss cruising the coast - I started too late in my cruising adventures, and then a quirk of fate made me shorebound... Great to see a couple of fine gents living the life that old dudes deserve... I live vicariously through checking your journeys.
