2 weeks ago I was driving along the road and noticed an elderly man lying on his driveway. I stopped to help him. He said he wasn't hurt but had fallen and couldn't get up. I tried to lift him and when I had almost got him up my lower back exploded. Lots of pain meds later and I was feeling no better. Got this stuff this morning and it helped almost instantly. It won't cure the muscle spasm but it will at least give me some relief from the constant pain I have had since the incident happened. 👍

I found out about this from a medic team that helped with a friend who had injuries from a snowmobile accident. It was used for pain relief on site we were in the deep of a forest...a long way from main road worked great all 7 hours of rescue time. I have used it for pain now some 10 yrs. Good stuff❤❤

I love Biofreeze. I have arthritis in my hip. I take Celebrex and in addition to it I use Biofreeze at night. I am able to sleep.

Thank you for all your great videos! This one in particular I find interesting because I use the product. I have had 4 surgeries on my knee and a total knee replacement. Although I feel much better, my knee is always sore to some degree. My physician recommended this wonderful product. It doesn’t take the pain completely away, but it does help with pain management. I use the roll on so I don’t get the product on my hands, face etc. Thank you for your review on this and for you continued assistance to all of us with your wonderful videos! 😊👍

Hey Austin! You should be able to use it on the ankle just fine. Of course stop using it if you feel any problems. We've never heard of anyone having reactions to using pain creams or gels with implants or plates inside their body.

I use it for muscle tension from my pinched nerve,the only thing that will work with nerves is the correct stretches.

I tried biofreeze it didn't work I fell while I was doing a delivery today and I think I sprained my feet I bought the biofreeze patch it did nothing I also bought icy Hot with lidocaine both of them did nothing so I have to go to the emergency room now I can hardly walk finally I tried Advil I'll let you know if it worked or not
