I feel like you should watch (or react, but at least watch) her Miss Americana documentary. It covers a lot about who she is. But in terms of relationships the truth is she *never* talks about who her songs are about, so it's all speculation. BUT in general her relationship timelines with the albums: Her album "Fearless" in 2008 has a song "Forever and Always" (and the monologue song you saw) that's about Joe Jonas (she talked about it at the time on Ellen, and has since apologized live on Ellen because she and Joe are good now). "Speak now" in 2010 the album is mostly theories no one knows who the songs are about "Dear John" is likely about John Mayor. In the monologue song Taylor also mentioned her dating Taylor Lautner and "Back to December" is supposedly about him. "Red" in 2012 is pretty much all around the time she was dating Jake Gyllenhaal. "1989" in 2014 is the Harry Styles period, he was basically the muse. "Reputation" in 2017 was more about her, but also she broke up with Calvin Harris after a long while of being together, had a summer thing with Tom Hiddleston and the whole Kim and Kanye gaslighting her phone call happened and she disappeared for two years and came back out of nowhere with Reputation. And the album is mostly about her love story with her current boyfriend Joe. And she's still with him so it can be assumed that "lover" from 2019 and some of the "folklore" from 2020 album might be about him (but folklore is mostly her storytelling not about herself). SO yea. That's the summary for context. But everything else is in her documentary. (I mean the Kim and Kanye stuff and Scooter Braun stealing her music aren't but those are easy to read up on if you're curious.) I mean it's strange it's a lot of gossip but it's interesting context while listening to her music.
