I got the Gateron Pro Black switches, so far its really nice to the touch. Imo i think i made a good choice for my first mechanical keyboard

I went with flamingo switches and got the black and grey one. They even incude some yellow keycaps which i fully used since they look amazing on this color pallet

@@kafir1337 they sound the same, the Pro just has a more wide and spaced out look, the SE is a little bit more tight, also the software for the PRO is a little bit better, like bug fixes and some small things, me personally, i bought the SE just for the looks and the compatibility. They cost the same on amazon

Th80 se is better I think, with upgraded switches and better layout.

@@carxd6127 I think you got everything in reverse. th80 SE has extra key 81, being the home key. It has the spaced exploded look. While the regular and pro version has tighter look and only 80 keys? Th80 SE also came later so it make sense that it had bug fixes? Pro version came earlier.

The Feker IK75 Pro Ultra is also a good choice. Have 8000mha batery, pbt dsi, good construction, gateron switches, triple mode...

It might do something, I did two-three layers, then I added some random foam I found around the house, and added the two pieces of foam for the space bar, and lubricated the stabs

Yes, it is a stock sound. However, the switches is pre-lubricated at the factory.

I bought this keyboard and have tried Modding it so it can sound Thockier. I removed the Silicone Interlayer Foam and did a 3 layer Masking Tape Mod and it sounded a tiny bit thockier. Do you guys think I should put the Silicone back in or buy a less dense foam to throw in there instead?

@@beyondreality7410 Id put thicker foam in the case and not even mess with anything else first bc what he showed was at the bottom is really thin the one sandwiched in the pcb is decently thick from the modding videos I've seen. don't even have to unplug the battery for the bottom foam makes is super easy as well. mine is coming Saturday im gonna do that day 1
