Epoxy2U Polymer Concrete Urethane Cement Demonstration

E2U Polymer Concrete is a flowable polyurethane concrete installed at 1/8th to 1/4 inch to protect concrete from physical and chemical damage. It is highly resistant to impact and abrasion and it is unaffected by animal fats and most solvents. E2U Polymer Concrete has a thermal expansion and contraction similar to concrete which allows it to maintain adhesion when subjected to the hot water of a pressure washer. It can be used at constant service temperatures up to 220°F. E2U Polymer Concrete is fast curing and usually installed without a primer and can be returned to service 12-24 hours after installation. Typical areas of application are commercial kitchens, chemical processing plants, aircraft hangers, and hospitals.

It needs tests like walk, tires rolling, drag stuffs, leave out door under the hot sun ... on it and washing it ... etc. This is a good demo though.

Hello, thank you for this video. Do you know of any other product you guys sell that can poured directly over concrete that is a bit cheaper? I have a freshly poured 64 x 48 slab, no sealer, wasn't trowel finished. Is there anything else I could use without having to grind the concrete?

Hello, we certainly have other products that can be used that are cheaper, however we CANNOT warranty any of our products if you aren't going to grind the concrete first. Without grinding the concrete the products just simply won't adhere to your surface properly and there's risk of something causing it to break off.

so what happens if you get a heavy down pour once you get done??? do you shovel it all up and try again the next day?

It’s not UV resistant. It’s for indoor applications, not outdoor. There should be no down pour of anything.
