Epson 4880 Maintenance: Tank Cleaning -

I don't think you actually need that chip reset device. *NOTE* I found this in the Service Manual. I have an Epson Stylus Pro 4000 and I reset it by holding down left, up, and down arrows while turning on. Then go to Clear Counters > Maintenance Tank > and Clear Tank. If it doesn't work the first time, it should work after doing this a second time. Best of luck to you all!

Those menu options have been removed for the 4800 and the 4880 printers. Valid for the 4000.

Hi, thank you for your tutorials have been very helpful, well I wanted to ask if you can help me with a problem I have with the printer, the LCD screen displays (ink low) try to reset the printer and I fill the cartridges but not the error is removed. as a way to fix this?

To clear all info, you take out the carts. It's not a huge deal, the ink levels will return after the first restart.

You must have missed the end of the video! You will need to use the chip resetter to clear the ink mnttnk full message.
