After multiple soaks and "cleanings" nothing would clear the clog on my Epson 4800 until I saw this video. OK, it used a huge amount of ink BUT THE CLOG IS CLEARED! Thanks Vicky.

This saved my life! Needed to print a last minute banner on my 4800...hadn't used it in months. The print check kept giving me inconsistent returns. One time magenta would look perfect, and the next time it looked like a checkerboard. After doing the super sonic clean, I got instant results and my 6ft banner looks perfect. THANK YOU!!

After two times SSCL my 4800 is "back in black". The black nozzles were clogged, but now it works again. Thanks!!

I have full inks and a new maintanence tank and I still get the "unable to execute" message?? Any ideas? Great videos by the way!

This is another really great video Vicky - Thank You for making it easy. There IS a caveat though. Unless there's a work-a-round, Super Sonic Cleaning is only available when GENUINE Epson Ink Cartridges are installed. Problem is that it will fail with the "Unable To Execute" error because the initial "Non-Genuine Cartridge" and "Damage From Cartridge" dialogs will NOT have been accepted and cleared - which needs to be done upon every power-up when using other than Epson cartridges.

What did you change to get from the "Won't Execute" to "Execute". You didn't seem to change cartridges and/or maintenance tank. Mine is coming up with this message. I am using off brand cartridges but they are full and chips reset to full.
