Does scanner scans two sided documents. In other words, does it have double scanning option?

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 kzbin.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

Was able to set up our new Epson ET-2850 and successfully print from multiple iPhones and Mac devices. However, I then spent over two hours trying to print from a Windows10 Lenovo laptop that is fully updated. No luck. Even attempted with my Windows Defender Firewall turned off. Still no luck.

@@epsonamerica Thank you. I will try. The support timing is difficult since the printer is for home/work use and I am usually on site, away from the printer during the support team hours.

What's the difference between ET2800 and 2850 ?? other than Auto 2-Sided Printing is there a difference in the quality of printing ?

Just unpacked and installing, replacing and older Hp that was good for awhile but scanner quit and they sent me the wrong ink cartridge was the last straw.

on 2850 setup the ink initialization has been going for an hour going too dinner hopefully it's complete by then, but should only take 8 minutes.
