Why won't it print when you have a full "Black" Ink Cartridge but an empty "Photo Black" ink cartridge?

I’m following instructions to remove and clean ink pads. Has anyone done this ? I can’t get the right front panel off to access them.

I also suggest increasing the exposure a little when editing because photos will print a little dark if you do not.If you follow these steps to edit your photos prior to printing, your photos will look too bright and too blue on your phone but they will print perfectly.Highly recommend!
