What if after doing all that , the print head doesn’t still comes out ink ?Am facing the same problem with my UV printer ,Epson L805, maybe can it be a cable problem or motherboard? In case it’s a cable , which cable do I need to check ?

Hi Jay. I replaced both my printheads today. Colour is pulling through ink, but the white is not pulling through ink at all. I seems like it is not sealing properly, but i tried aligning the cap even replaced the cap, still nothing. Followed all your steps. Nothing. But when station is off to the side the white ink just seeps through the head onto the bed. What do you think the problem could be, is the new head faulty?

Hi. You are awesome! I have a question... when I run my cleaning, white ink sometimes overflows over and around my cap. There is a strong suction from my waste tube. What could be the problem?

Don't clean so long try a weaker clean.

What does it mean if the Printer software keeps saying my red and black ink are low, but they are full? These colors also refuse to load at the moment. I have replaced the ink pad, the damper, lifted the ink pad with washers and it still will not suck red and black ink into the head.

Disregard Jay. The line coming from the ink pad to the pump motor was pinched.

Maybe the software will support ink level and you do not have inklevel sensors or your sensor is maybe broken or stuck

Can the varnish print heads get clogged? Might be a dumb question

not a dumb question yes it can get clogged if you are not running it I suggest turning off the lamp for it if your machine allows it. in fact I have an entire video on why printheads clog mostly on the white but this applies to the varnish and cmyk as well kzbin.info/www/bejne/rmTLaKeDfcqnrrM

Hello! I have a differenr A3 printer but any suggestion on an xp600 not printing ink entirely? We did follow a video of yours to soak it and flush. All the Ink channels have good ink drippings when we flushed, but when tried printing, it seems to nor work🥺 help pleasssse

It will print nothing at all? Hiw about the nozzle check? Makes me think either there is a problem with ink supply or the head is bad

Thank you for your response. No it doesn’t print anything at all. We already changed the printhead (but it started printing lines, flushed several times but did not fix the lines and then the magenta clogged). So we took it out and soaked it overnight. When we put back the new printhead back, the same thing happened. No ink is printing.

I have a same issue but with my varnish. I have good suction, and good print on my color but my varnish is not working at all

Does it load ink? If so we expect the head if it does not load in expect inkpump cap or hose

We replaced the white and gloss print heads and now the printer isn't printing anything. It acts like it's printing but even the color head isn't printing. We tried printing with just the color head and still nothing. Ideas?

Is it loading ink? If so I'm worried your headboard might need replaced since it is affecting 3 heads

@@JaysToDoList It is loading ink. It was printing fine using just color before connecting the two new heads. Connected the gloss on Friday and had no issues (color) printing but the gloss wasn't printing. When we connected the new white print head today we got a warning beeping for a minute then turned the machine off and back on. then no warning beep but none of the heads will print now. The machine acts as if it's printing, but nothing comes out.

I unhooked the cable for the white already and still no printing from the color head. Do I need to disconnect the dampeners as well? @@JaysToDoList

The cap is likely going bad and you added a little more pressure to get a seal so it loads

Well this is a new cap i used and i still was not getting ink to pump so i used two washers???? Any other reason ???
