I just bought the Epson Perfection V39 II. I can open it and scan in Epson ScanSmart but I cannot control the filename numbering there. I want to add it to Epson Scan, which I have on my desktop and it shows my last 2 scanners, but I can't seem to add it there through "Printers & Scanners". It says "not connected" and then "Printer idle" when I select this scanner there. Any advice is appreciated. TIA
