This has been great... however I have been trying to scan some very long receipts - several feet or more i length. I have the adjusters for the paper to fit properly and even moved them either tighter or looser - still getting jammed, stops about 3/4 through, very frustrating. The box says up to 10 feet, hmmm, it gets jammed every time. I fix it very easily, start over but does it again. SIGH. Holy Hell. Just need this stuff scanned so I don't get behind. Any suggestions?

Try to use laminate sheets to insert the receipts and they will scan perfectly

IT would be great if it worked with the wireless scanner ES-500W ! Unfortunately it does not support the scanner buttons, and your employees are not able to help. Instead, Mr. Matt S. working in Canada as so called "advanced level support staff" recommended to return the product if the wireless scanning does not work. His colleague Mr. Curtis G. told me "Sorry, we have no futher fix for this issue". This was my first and last purchase from this company !
