For several years I was a standard blood donor. Totally routine. Then, some years into it, though nothing at all related to it, because of the research by Mary Enig, Ph.D. (NIH), I started using coconut oil in my coffee and on salads. After that, one day I got a letter from the Red Cross stating that I was CMV negative and that I had been relegated to a special group of donors who could donate to people with cancer and small children and babies. Obviously, my CMV status had changed, or perhaps they never noticed my negative status before, but I rather suspect the former. The point is, according to Dr. Enig’s research, enveloped viruses are destroyed by coconut oil. If I recall correctly, the coconut oil breaks down the wall of the virus. She also touted the immune-boosting benefits of CO because of its relatively high lauric acid content. Btw, Mary Enig passed away about eight years ago. Her research never really got any sunlight, but just like Frederick Klenner, M.D. and a host of others, one day her work will be recognized… if only minimally.

I thought for sure my Ebv was reactivated. Got the blood test done yesterday, and it was not. What is next ? I am exhausted so often.

I had to test mine multiple times before I finally caught it. I happen to be fighting a strep infection and it was active then. But I had no real symptoms that day and also wasn’t purpose testing for EBV. It just happened to be on the panel I was performing. (Neuralzoomer plus)

What if the Ebv early antigen ab IgG is steady at 47 (lab work taken twice - three months in between), Ebna-1 is rising (205-279), Ebv VCA IgG steady at 187, Ebv VCA IgM negative? Can it be a reactivation if Ebna-1 is present and rising?
