How did you plot the waveforms? Could you guide me if you have used a tool, python lib, graph plotting in simulink?

ePWM1A and ePWM1B both use the same counter. They can be used for independent PWMs in Edge-Aligned Mode but you will have to keep the Period of both PWMs same
