the Mercedes Benz EQS begs for an internal combustion PHEV variant of it's existing EV variant . . . a 3.8 Biturbo I6 & 9-speed torque converter auto with 44.0 kWh e-Power for PHEV . . . the EQS 580 could do without the fake impractical aluminium look side step bar . . . spoils the brilliant design lines of the EQS . . . future of EVs lies on lightweight batteries without compromising on performance . . . weight has always been the biggest enemy of all cars be it IC or EV . . .
