you can't. this calculator has polynomial solver which can give you real and imaginary solutions but cant' solve complex exponential. Use wolfram Alpha www.wolframalpha.com/input?i=what+is+the+value+of+x%5E4-4x%5E3%2B6x%5E2-4x%2B5+if+x%3D2%2Bi

You can!! You have to go in variable and then select x then type edit and put the magnitude of x and then go back and then just write this equation (using x) and You'll get your ans!!
