Thank you for your video. I have a question. My super combo washer and dryer when I tried to wash only, it will not pass the washing cicle. It would not do rinse nor anything else. I need your advice. Thanks

check your settings on the dial to ensure you have a proper program selected. I use wash only frequently and it does the rinse and spin each time. Hope this helps you.

Hi, I am going to install the Equator in my RV and I have one question, the drain, just into the pipe or needs to have a way to cover the top? wont water come out? or smell from the gray tank? i know about the ptrap, is that good enough? I saw a video were the guy had that with a cap on and kind of a plug there.

We had ours for 2 years now. No cap. The washer drain in our RV does not go into the holding tank, so we have to be hooked up to sewer to use it. We have not had any problems with sewer smell.

Yes we do travel a lot. So far we have not had any issue with it

do the clothes actually come out dry or are they damp and still need to hang and air dry?

they come out dry, but it is important not to overload, otherwise they don't dry completely

The blue cups are for the liquid detergents, so maybe use the prewash dispenser on the right side of the drawer? I personally don't use bleach, but that is what I would suggest.

Yes, it can do either vent or condense

What is the width of your cabinet? it seems all of the even smallest washer dryer combos are almost 24 and the cabinet we have nothing it seems will fit.

We had the same issue, this was the smallest combo I was able to find. Our cabinet is 26x27, we had to remove the door to install the washer/dryer

So why no comments as to whether you are happy with it, does it get your laundry clean ? Was it worth $999 to you? Seems like your just after the Amazon $.

thank you for the comment and good suggestion for making better video reviews in the future. We have had the washer/dryer combo in our RV for 2 years now and I do really love it. The main thing I learned with these smaller washers is to run wash and dry separately. Once the wash is complete, empty and shake out the cloths and then reload and dry. Hope this helps :)
