this is so helpfull it stretches my legs end core and is helps becaus if im dun riding my legs are always sore after and this helps me so much keep doing what your doing ❤

Love it, short but with many positions. My trianer told me to start practicing yoga and that's what I'm doing almost every evening (not sure if all of them are yoga poses but I believe some are)

So glad you enjoyed the stretches. I do take some inspiration from yoga although I am not a 'yogi' 😉 Doing stretching and mobility work is definitely amazing for riders, so your trainer I spot on! Throw some strength work in there to and you're golden 👌✨💪
