I thought about buying it for a whole year.. I’m glad I did! I got it about a month ago. My mare had an undiagnosed unhind issue, where she’d intermittently lame and no one knows why. Well after a month, she’s been able to hold her left lead canter for 2.5 laps so far. Hasn’t done that in ever 🤯💕💪🏼

Hi Kimberly, I am so glad that you have seen amazing results with it so far (as you know from watching this video) I am in awe as well with the results I have seen on my horse, who is also rehabbing a tendon injury. If you want to connect further for more tips and tricks while you use it over time then let's connect (IG is probably easier haha) @hashtagteamfuego - I would love to be a part of your journey and see/hear about your mare's future improvements as well. I am 4 months in now and it has only been getting better and better! Cheers 🥂

Thank you so much for your honesty review. I just purchased this a few weeks ago and I was a bit skeptical. Thanks again!

Hi Shawn, You are very welcome! At first I was completely skeptical and even a little peeved that yet again I had to buy another expensive horse thing haha, but I can honestly say now in hindsight that I would happily spend that money over again for the results I saw. If you are just getting started and want some help on fitting it or creating a schedule please reach out to me on IG @hashtagteamfuego, I would love to be a part of your journey with this tool and the potential improvements it can create for you and your horse! All the best 😀

Thank you for doing a fair review! I've literally been trying to find the right tool to help me balance the way one of horses uses his body & the way described how your horse used his body sounds JUST like my boy! He definitely is one who needs to have it be “his idea” on how to use his body better 😂 Thank you once again! I'm a new subscriber but LOVING your honesty in your vlogs! Cant wait to watch more 🙂👍

Hi Jane, You can always count on honesty from me, and I truly enjoyed making this video bc I meant every word! This tool sounds like it will be great for your boy for true body alignment, and as we both have said, the best part is being able to use the tool to guide the horse and then your role becomes maintaining after he builds the strength to hold the straightness himself. If you want to keep chatting about creating a schedule or how to introduce it to your horse, shoot me a DM on IG @hashtagteamfuego or stay tuned because those will be video topics in coming weeks 😉 🤙

Hey Kernee! I am glad you found this video :) I actually created an entire playlist with all of the Equiband trainings I have put together from fitting to understanding the difficulty level you are challenging your horse at (Equiband Tracker Video) Check that out here: kzbin.info/aero/PLCqsBezSnaHe6d7YC1mhPRLH32B0LB_BY Also, please feel free to reach out with any questions as well. I absolutely love this tool and after consistent use, I have seen some amazing results!

I have bought the Equiband and I does what you say after only 3 uses. My 28 yr appy mare now overstrides at the walk by 4 inches which she has NEVER done. My Ottb now uses his back correctly. It is a short cut to the training outcome that I want.

Hi Sanfra, I am actually in the same boat as you because after the results I have seen with my first horse, all of my horses now use this tool! Truly incredible results, and if you want to connect further on using it and your results find me on IG @hashtagteamfuego - would love to hear about your future results as you keep using it because believe me you are just getting started on potential here! Cheers 😉

@@HashtagTeamFuego After 1 month grad. increase 3xweek for 10 min, I rode Layla (28 yr app) 20 min at a walk. Expected her to be SORE. But she was fine the next day. It may be my imagination but I think she is holding her abd up on her own.

@@sanfrabunke1518 I am the same way! I always expect my horse to be sore when I do my little increases over time, but it doesn't hurt him it only makes him stronger. Knowing my results are not unique is comforting and affirms my own imagination that the results are real!!

Here is a new scenario .... I have 6yr spotted saddle bred gelding. 2 years ago he suffered EPM and took a hard fall on left hind. Vet was ready to put him down, I couldn't do that. I'm a beginner and maybe naïve. He is still going after much treatment and work. He may never be ridable again but he is a dear sweet horse. He doesn't seem to care about it. There is a slight hitch or he protects the left hind in some situations. I have been using weights slung over his saddle to build strength and have been seeking something like this to help even his stride. I also have found a vet with mobile imaging gear that I think can help me understand if this is fixable or not. Thoughts?

Hi Sudley, So I do first want to start off with I am not a vet, but coming from the same perspective as you in terms of wanting our horses to have their best chance and the willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve that. Sounds like you literally brought your horse back from the dead, so congratulations on your determination! Regardless of experience level or not that is something to be proud of 🥂 If you are currently working your horse with weights on then I will say yes that this system will not be too much for your horse to transition over to and would actually be a great fit to achieve what you are already trying to accomplish with the weights. I have a video on how to fit the Equiband to your horse, which also touches on what level of intensity to start with & how to increase the intensity over time. If you are on the fence about it, it will give you a good idea about how easy/difficult your can make the work for your horse starting out and where you could get to. I also made a before and after video on how much better my horse can use his body now, and I truly believe this tool will enable any horse to use their body to the best of their ability. I know your horse isn't under saddle, but it is tangible & visual proof of the improvement the tool can make with consistent use over time. If you do decide to get one I am always a resource you can reach out to for advice & tips. Given the amount of feedback and response I have had to these videos I've already made, I am going to make a free training about using the Equiband so subscribe to the channel for when I drop that video! Or DM me on IG @hashtagteamfuego if you want to talk one on one about more individualized and specific strategies for your horse. Hope this helped! - Alyssa 🔥

I prefer a Moscow mule.. seriously do need some help with the hind end band though? It keeps rolling on me no matter how tight or loose I make it. Maybe my mares sloping butt just isn't made for this? But I can see my 4 left feet mare figuring things out... The ab one omg love.

First off, love moscow mules! If you make your own at home I used to be a bartender so I will give you my personalized recipe called Sassy's Mule (delicious and best seller on the menu I had created but admittedly I am biased 😉) Second, my horse has a somewhat slanted hind end as well and I literally struggled with the exact same movement problem. What I did was literally was testing each and every angle that band could sit at until I found the one that didn't move, in combination with the length of the band. Without knowing your horse or any band measurement details it is hard to say which is affecting the movement more, BUT.... In terms of tightness or looseness on the bands that is a literal math problem, so my video next week is going to be about determining the exact percentage of resistance you are working with. Just a new inches tighter makes for a very different workout. So look out for that one! (Video drop date: 7/19) Until that video drops though, just play around with the angle at which your band starts (at first I was using it lower down on my horse's hamstrings, but after some muscle developed it started moving so slowly I realized that I needed to place it much higher) Hope this helps and if you want more personalized advice DM me on IG: @hashtagteamfuego
