I literally saw her back end round out immediately from that concave after you adjusted her. that was remarkable. You make it look easy and what an amazing gift to be able to help these animals in pain for so long. great video. love the tools in the belt :) amazing gentle. very interesting

Just amazing how fast they respond to simple adjustments! Not saying this is easy, Ed is really finding the spots but the little corrections are making a hugh difference.

Love your work Ed! I notice your horses are doing a lot of releasing after the adjustments. Licking, chewing, snorting, wanting to put their head down to rub their feet or rub the dirt, if you let them do that it allows them to release further. If you even step back a bit away from them you might even get them to yawn which is even more releasing. Just thought I would put that out there.

Wow! That last adjustment was spectacular!!! Her face, her nose and eyes were so much more relaxed!!! I’m enjoying your videos, Ed!!! You are doing great work!! The one wish I might have is some follow up, especially on these “kill lot” rescues!! Possibly it’s on your website, but I’ve been so busy watching these videos that I haven’t checked that yet!!! I’m going to keep all of this in mind as I have a new friend who has a lot of pain, and weird symptoms that have not produced a real diagnosis yet! Makes me wonder if horses, like humans have fibromyalgia??? Certainly seems like a plausible diagnosis..... thank you!!

Ps Many times wetting the feed it was often more like soup ,,and could take a horse ,,30 minutes and much longer to eat and some times they would not finish in one attempt ,,,ps we never lost a horse with colic ,,, and didn't have to worry about it either ,,,,horses left to their own natural self and forage at will hardly ever colic ,,most colic is caused by owners ,,ps thanks so much for your knowledge and expertise,,God Bless

Good job for Sara recognizing the horse needed additional help and Ed I do my own version of masterson method and chiro. I’m seeing a huge benefit of adding the mallets to my regime. I have a foundation .25 mare we got a year ago who can’t turn and would head Shake whenever asked to turn or whoa. She’s my husband’s horse. She would be a butthead when trying to trim and shoe and it clicked she has to have pain. So I did my thing on her lots of licking and huge yawn releases and then I was able to finish without her giving me trouble. My husband had back surgery and I had to ride her to keep her going and when I rode her could feel the stiffness. I started doing my work on her before riding (my husband thinks it’s a bunch of hooey) and she was very much out in her poll and knock and shoulders. Very stiff in the shoulders and very sore on the peck muscles to where she would try to bite. Also out in the ribs.. it’s been about 2 months now of me “fixing” her and hubby is back able to ride now, I see improvement on her gait. She isn’t short and choppy in the trot, hardly any head shake if on turns and whoa and she’s starting to be much more flexible. My hubby is now starting to do masterson release work on her... believe it or not and once he loosens her up I crack her. One thing I can’t get to break loose on this mare is the rock hard bulge mid neck. Left is worse than right. To me it being that rock hard indicates a problem issue. You have any tricks on knocking that loose? LoL

Ed Crothers yesterday I used my mallet by tapping all around the neck and it seemed to loosen it up and I got releases. I think if I do it enough to get it to relax I can crack those vertebrae. She is massive. LoL I’m so glad I came across your technique to add to my knowledge base 😁

Colic can be drastically reduced just by feeding horses like a pig ,,,wet everything including the water ,,,,, this phrase has been used here,for a long time ,,,,and works really well to help horses with eating problems and horses that don't ,,,,,,,and has worked for decades with out regret ,,,,,But the root cause of eating problems should always be investigated ,,,ALWAYS. ,,,ps Thanks so much for the video Ed and friends ,,,,God Bless

I won't ride Sweetheart right now because he's waiting for his chiropractic appointment. He slipped in a muddy arena at high speed and is definitely out in the croup and probably other places as well. He is still very sweet as usual. (I am probably the only person who describes their stallion as sweet and adorable.)

They are pushing the cat away, but yeah I understand what you mean. A kick is when you get speed before meeting an object, while pushing is when you have contact with the object and then pushes it away from you. The difference between walking so close behind a horse, that if it kicks out, you are only pushed away, and walking with a distance that gives the leg speed before meeting you.
