beautiful horse! When I was a teen I had an appy, he was gaited and the best! I rode free style with no tack and used the horses mane to signal to my horse. We would jump that way too it was so much fun. But only in an enclosed area like a ring. Outside of that for trail riding he wanted his head and wanted to run all the time so had to have a bridle he respected for that. My old mare though would do anything you asked. I could have taken her bridless on trails but for safety I always kept a halter on her.

I loved It! And also liked so much you mentioned how long It took you to go to bigger areas, because when I watch videos and It looks “so easy” and I don’t know how long It took and how many trainings, It can be frustrating when I’m not getting It “so quick”. Thanks for the tips!!

Got a question, I would love to do this with my horse but all we have is a pasture and feilds. Up and down (some kinda steap) hills aswell. We only have 1 small spot that's mostly level, I'm able to fit my one jump in the area and just jump it. If I tried this I'm not sure how I would be able to teach it😅. Any tips if u have anything? Her pasture has a hill in it to (just one).
