I remember our dealer saying a 2840 was one of the worst tractors John Deere made. He had one that he had sold two or three times and people traded it back to him. Hope yours is better.

If it can pull the wagon in a hayride a couple times a year we should be safe! 🤣
@Beyonder83357 ай бұрын
Can't speak for 2840 but our 2940 has been a rock solid machine, first tractor my grandpa ever owned himself, currently has 12k hours few transmission troubles now but other than that she's doing well.

I’ll enjoy the forward sold contracts
@sammay47197 ай бұрын
@ricknaegele2144 Why don’t you support and encourage farmers not bring them down. I promise you they know what they are getting for their corn. these low commodity prices can be avoided if they planned ahead and saw the writing on the wall and forward sold their crops. Let’s bring each other up, life is hard enough as it is.
@ricknaegele21447 ай бұрын
@@sammay4719 who says I don’t support them Dickweed. I just know the prices suck. And there was no point where they could forward contract where they needed to. Input costs are crazy. I just hope they can break even.
