I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. @@yolanderiche7476 I agree, my profit has been consistent no matter the market situation, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been years now and l've gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

Now there's a provision of "notice of intimation of equitable mortgage by way of deposit of original title deed", to sub registrar's office which reflect on index extract of property... Solves the problem you mentioned in case of equitable mortgage.

However for equitable mortgage these days intimation of equitable mortgage to registrar office is mandatory within 30 days in few states like in Maharashtra which mitigates the risk and it's as safe as registered mortgage...

Sir.namaskar. सर मैंने एक प्लॉट मे 28 कड़ी जमीन 2018 मे खरीद ली और उसका खारिज दाखिल भी हो चुका है। अब 2021मे पता चला है की उस property पे 2017मे ही बैंक से पुरा प्लॉट ही agriculture लोन ले रखा था जो अभी भी है। मेरे बाद 4 लोंगो ने भी एक एक बिस्वा जमिन खरीद लिये हैं । अब मै घर बनाना चहता हूँ मै क्या करुँ ।

सरजी, नमस्कार मैने बॅंकसे loan लिया हैं. 1 जून 2021 को stamp duty 4800 rs मेरे account से भरी चलन से. और notice of इन्टीमेशनके लिए बॅंकने 16 जून 2021 को मेरे account से 3500 rs निकाले. अब 18 जून को GR निकला तों stamp duty प्रतिभूती amount के 0.5 % . तों क्या मुझे वह दुबारा भरणी पडेगी? क्या वह GR अँप्लिकेबल होगा. दुबारा stamp duty और notice of intimation भरणी पडेगी. Plz guide me. 🙏🌹🙏🌹

Sir Main ek bank me frends ka guarantee Li hai . Equitable mortgage kiya hai. Ab 3 saal hone aaye hai waha kuch bank k emi painding hai muze Bank notice bheja hai apni original registry jama kijiye tab ki main 3 saal pahile hi jaam ki hai , shayad bank se Miss ho gai. Meri original registry k liye bank me kya karvahi karani chahiye !
