U bank is much better by a mile. 5.1% and you only have to deposit $200 each month. No other strings. Also the main issue with ING is the OSKO limits. Its like $1000 a day. Ubank is $20k and higher if you phone up. This is a huge bonus.

I got sick of ING in the end. Once you reach their 100k limit, you have to keep taking any surplus out so it can earn interest elsewhere and then put it back in before the end of the month. That or you just forego interest over 100k. Pretty annoying. I've pretty much been with all the banks at this point and while I like Macquarie who seem to be the only ones taking security seriously, Ubank is by far the best option right now for most.

ING rate look the best on paper however, if you miss 1 month strict requirement you miss out on 0.45% for the year which is the same as Ubank. Ubank also has extra benefits of max $250K while most are limited to $100K + you can direct debts from the saving.

Another thing to consider - Govt deposit guarentee scheme. Did these guys mention it on a podcast or something? I hope they did. Because the Govt only guarentees deposits up to (i think) $250K with the single bank. These shadow banks under the umbrella of the Big 4 are affected by that.
