There were a couple of good ones with Carter, that should have totally been included. The crazy goth girl jumping on his back and riding him around before he slammed her into the window, getting absolutely backhanded with a bedpan by a woman shouting she was "not the problem", and when a bed malfunctioned from a woman's waterbreaking, which sent her up in the air. Susan shoved a ladder into the room which plowed into Carter and he vanished in between the woman's legs. I STILL crack up at that last one.

I don't know which episode it was but I remember a scene where a kid got his head stuck in a dead/stuffed tiger/lion's head pretty funny and unusual which captures the obscure crazy things/scenarios that end up in an ER.
