I work in a hospital as a CNA and nursing student. They are very hazardous places. A lot of the stuff that happens in this show actually happens in real life. Not necessarily helicopter explosions, but people waving knives, pointing guns, attacking staff, yes that happens.

Your week wasn't complete until somebody tossed a log at you. At least you hoped it was solid enough to be a log.
