Sir why in SIADH there is euvolumic hyponatremia ,it should be hypervolumic hyponatremia right?

It is because - in siadh ( centre get reset) so it cause increases in high amount of adh action - h20 get reabsorbed too much , but if we see sodium ( it is not even getting affected ) but as h20 increases , sodium is getting diluted that's why - euvolemic hyponatremia .

sir i drank 16 Litres of water in 16 hours , then i felt symptoms like dizziness and Light headed and drowsiness . One day before , i drank 8 Litres of water also , i have suffered from hyponatremia and brain swelling , And untreated hyponatremia and brain swelling resulted in brain damage , How can this brain damage be diagnosed sir ?

Sir one of my pts has urine sodium 73 mmol/l.. Urine osmalality is 168 Mosm/kg Serum sodium 130 mmol/l She is 39 yrs old lady with c/o leg cramps, lethary and depression.... With bp of 96/68 mm hg on standing and 102/84 mm hg on supine position...... SYMPTOMS ALMOST FROM 6/7 YRS sir... Is it SIADH?
