I love medical shows!! Ive watched every episode of MASH, ER, The Resident, Grey's Anatomy, House, Saving Hope, all of them. Idk if it's because I grew up around medicine and doctors and nurses or what but I know a lot about the medical field and have kept my CPR certification up since I was 16 and I'm 41 now.

Love this show 😊 how did no one notice when Kerry came out without her crutch
@LadyRockville

@@LadyRockville I would've chosen the scene where Kerry talks to Abby(?), before her surgery, where she's worried that she won't know who she is, without the (literal) crutch, I found that scene very powerful & relatable

Wish we could get Chicago Hope here in the u.s. on DVDs, ER and Chicago Hope were the best shows on tv, imo. UK has Chicago Hope, but u.s. can't get it because of the music in it. They didn't put it in our region (1). So if ppl would order it from UK, you can't play it on any DVD player.

I can relate when Mark let's the shooter die
@subman23
@subman23 3 жыл бұрын
I've watched Dr. Greene let him die so many times, but something that didn't occur to me until this watching (probably because I only watch clips on KZbin and have never seen entire episodes, let alone arcs): does Mark get questioned for stopping the elevator? I get faking life saving efforts (whether realistic or for TV) by discharging the paddles in the air, but how does he explain the elevator stopping without a concurrent storm or other reason for an outage? Or was there a perfectly reasonable explanation that I would know about if I'd have seen the episode?
@jenjarrell9973
@jenjarrell9973 3 жыл бұрын
I don't recall if they specifically asked him about the elevator stopping but in the next episode he was questioned about the incident before a large panel of doctors. Elizabeth was in the audience because she knew Mark had stopped the elevator intentionally. It was during an M&M (morbidity and mortality) They always have one when there was an incident or accidental death. Hope that answers your question a little.,

it might be procedure to hit the emergency stop, when one has to initiate resuscitation, I mean, wouldn't that make sense? not to be moving, when the doctor(s) & nurse(s) who would normally be present, are giving injections, doing CPR, bagging the patient, using the defibrillator?

Great acting by the doctor who was abused.---It's also important to remember here that although what he describes is the way a lot of peados work there are many people who do care and do a lot of good without having something else in mind.It's a sad reflection of the world we live in that nobody completely trusts anybody these days.
