I can watch ER Season 1 over and over and it never gets old or boring. A special first season with stories and acting that said more than any dialogue ever could.

This is my favorite episode, but there were also kid #4, Terry, with PCP pneumonia, living on the street with his girl, only 15 years old. Love Dougs passion as a pediatric doctor.

That's right! "He's my best good friend, gotta say he's older or the cps will pick him up." Doug and Peter had a great chemistry that they only tapped into a few times but it was magic -- we all remember their confrontation on the roof the day the Starzell Fellowship winner was announced. Ross was maybe the only doctor Peter would actually confide in and Peter would bring out Ross' serious side in a good way. Strong but genuine personalities.
