I still love your videos and your builds, but I have to be honest, I miss the days when you used to walk through all the builds when they were finished. It gave me a sense of the flow of the build. But if this format is better for you, you do you. I'll still be watching either way! 😁

I still do for dedicated build guides! It's usually more of a cinematic showcase as opposed to just walking through the build, but I do show the interior in detail. Videos like this are the exception, trying to keep segments short, snappy and easily digestible without adding too much

That makes sense. I know most people now prefer the short, snappy content. Unfortunately I'm the exception and prefer something longer form that I can sink my teeth into. But as I said, I'll still be watching! You still give me tons of build inspiration!

I absolutely appreciate the effort to reduce the amount of sandstone boxes in the game. I do have a *very* minor quibble tho, which is that you present the bases as good for when you're starting out on a presumably regular-ish playthru where you're building out of necessity, but your decorating betrays this sentiment by displaying your buildings in the Exiled Lands but using an item like the flapping pirate banners, which are presently unavailable to acquire via gameplay means in the EL. Like i said, a *very* minor quibble, as people could see this video and be playing on Siptah, where the decorations are totally applicable. It wouldn't have raised an eyebrow had your example Flotsam base been built on Siptah where that recipe is absolutely available. It's just a minor incongruity where a viewer could be left with the impression they can play on EL and access and achieve some of the cosmetics presented when they in fact cannot without Admin Control.

Glad you enjoyed it! Flotsam could definitely be used to make a yurt-style structure, the roofing is pretty underutilized by a lot of builders, myself included

If you go for a yurt type of build, wouldn't the turanian buildset be more useful since it already has tent parts anyway?

@@codehaunta9878 Well if tehy really want to learn I would but we have Era here to "show them". Even if I wasted my time on people who have no desire to build in a survival building game, it would be completely pointless. Most of them disappear after two weeks. But then new boxes appear from new people who are just as uncreative. It's just incredibly depressing when you live by the river and constantly see things like that and ride around. I don't want to put myself through that anymore, I'd rather play alone or on a community server.

@ yeah that makes sense. As you travel beyond noon river the boxes thin out. Let me know if you’d ever like to join a private server
