Man, I grew up watching ERB, and the fact that they’re still making videos is awesome. They’ve been a constant part of my life in a way, I wouldn’t know how to feel if they stopped. It’s such a nostalgic feeling seeing an ERB upload pop up in my notifications. I remember my friends and I talking about them and quoting them all the time back in school at lunch and between classes. We graduated a few years ago, and even though we’ve all moved on to different things in our lives, work, college, etc, we all still keep in touch. And every time ERB posts a new video, one of us asks in the group chat, “Did ya’ll see the new ERB?” And we’ll talk about them just like we used to lol. Some things never change. haha we filmed that way more than 20 times. different frames per second, different timing, we tried switching the speed of the playback on set. in the end, we ended up choosing a clip that had a decent looking whip motion (harder than I thought) and slowing it down 800% using a program called Topaz. I don't know but there's something really compelling about Lara's second verse. Like the acting is excellent, she seems to go from mocking Indy and looking down on him to being really, seriously angry at him for his failings as a person (deadbeat dad, womanizer, etc.) Since Indy was obviously an influence on Tomb Raider, it almost feels like Lara's anger that someone she might have looked up to isn't quite the hero he's cracked up to be.

The actress/rapper is excellent. At first it seems like Indiana is having the upper hand, his first verse is excellent, great delivery, timing and punchlines ("Let's cut to the Chase - Oh Wait, he died - I guess you couldn't tap that X in time" sounds so good). But in Lara's second verse, you can truly feel the rage kicking in and raw power. Pure domination, hitting where it hurts, you know she's here to kick his ass. Great video I keep coming back to from time to time.
