If you need an answer to this problem: Eliminate sugar, it is converted into glucose which goes to your brain giving cravings and fructose which accumulates in your liver and restricts testosterone production. Eat foods that are high in ALA's or Omega 3's. So Sardines are good because they are normally wild, while farmed fish get fed lots of chicken which doesn't provide them with Omega 3. Lentils, Flax seed and Chia seeds are good for ALA which your body converts into Omega 3. They are also high in fiber which restricts appetite so weight loss becomes easy which will also help cure erectile dysfunction.

Funny to see that more and more doctors are warning about the thing I've suspected long ago: Diabetes treatments actually cause most of the problems relating to it. If you keep eating carbs like they tell you to do, all day snacking, and pump 40-60 units per day (like I was told to do) your body is going to be in full insulin poisoning state. I dropped the insulin and the carbs and feel much better now.

Damage of the Dorsal Pudendal Nerve May come prior to significant clogging. Additionally, for the FYI if you are a long distance bicycle rider, repeated pounding from little bike seat causes Bikers Impotence. Do not ignore numbness or pain riding the bike. Bottom line stop eating sugar and eat a diet in high animal fat. You will create a healthy cholesterol profile with low tryglycerides, high HDL, and high large size LDL. With the high fat your testosterone level will increase. Love Dr Boz. Cheers, Dr. Ginge

I think this is what I might have. I developed a sort of pain in the perenium when I was around 40..felt like I'd been kicked, Upshot was I became impotent. Doctors weren't much use and most of the googling I did seem not relevant...usual stuff, reduce blood pressure/lose weight. My blood pressure is fine and I'm 6ft and 150Lbs so def at the skinny end not overweight. One thing I noticed is I sometimes take codeine for bad headaches and I can get a slight improvement in my condition but it doesn't last. I've never had a big sex drive and I don't have a partner so in some ways I can live with it...just part of the stress of living.

Limiting sugar is a good idea, but eating a diet high in animal fat is a horrible idea. That’s how you get MORE bad cholesterol.
@gingebrien24082 жыл бұрын
@@vickielawson3114 Dear Vicki, one sees only that which he knows. First, if you are following Dr. Boz she is leading you in the right direction. Cholesterol has been given a bad name. Is cholesterol really burning down your house or is cholesterol the fireman trying to save the day . ( Thanks Dr. Nadir Ali) Is it logical to you, that G-d gave you a body that makes 80% of your cholesterol that’s sole purpose is to create a heart attack? Dig deeper and you will find that very quietly even the American Heart Association has done a 180 on saturated animal fats. It might shock you that anybody with low cholesterol has a higher all cause mortality then someone with high cholesterol. Medicine would like to take claim for the fact that people are living longer. Reality that is mostly because of improved sanitation. Unless your living in San Fransisco where they are once again are defecating in the streets. Doctors have been pushing the cholesterol theory of heart disease since Ancel Keys got his way, but we have not decreased coronary heart disease what so ever. Even after 30 years of dictating statins. The best study on statins was the 4S Study on Zocor ( simvastatin) where the drug company over stated the benefit. They gave you the relative risk reduction, when they should have told you the absolute risk reduction. They claimed that you would decrease your risk of dying of a heart attack by 42%. The truth was if you took simvastatin for 5.4 years you decreased your risk each year by 0.6% of dying from heart disease. Oops. There was no discussion of long term side effects. If you have low LDL you are more likely to get cancer, develop a stroke, develop diabetes, & your all cause mortality is higher. Note. Sugar is not essential for your existence. Your body can produce what you need. Animal saturated fat and animal protein with its complete essential amino acid make up is essential for a healthy life. Read Nina Teicholz book the “Big Fat Lie.” Read Thomas Sayfried’s “ Cancer is a metabolic disease”. It will open your eyes. Cancer grows and metastasizes with either glucose or glutamine. Glutamine is essential. Glucose is not. Food for thought. Pun intended. Cheers Dr. Ginge

Elaborate on your diet. What exactly do you eat in a day?
@lv2mine9 ай бұрын
@@MilkyWayGalaxyy any meat, eggs, butter, sea salt and water Breakfast 3-5eggs any style Maybe 5 pieces bacon or ill have 2 beef patties and a couple fried eggs, for dinner a nice steak. You want fatty steaks like Ribeyes....not lean. Eat meat 🍖 eggs salt water but make sure you get saturated fats like in butter. Cook in heavy butter, gee or beef tallo to make sure you get the FAT. The FAT is what your body id fueled on not sugars. It take a little while to become "Fat Adapted " and that's when the real benefits kick in. You will be blown away.good luck

I heard this before, and when it came up for me, I did all the tests. I went to a cardiologist because it's a warning of heart problems, and they found nothing. Two different doctors said that if there's no other signs of cardiovascular trouble, there isn't anything to pursue. I was in reasonably good fitness before, and got into great shape. My weight is in the recommended range, my diet is healthy, and I exercise hard five days per week. I don't smoke or drink, not even soda pop. None of this solved anything. Doctors said to stick with the Tadalafil. After looking around, I found the best price was at Costco. It works, except it causes headaches, and that's where the story ended.

Streaks of cholesterol. Reminds me of Dr. Sean Demara and his MRIs of muscle fat streaking. Visceral fat and cholesterol deposits where they shouldn't be is a serious health concern.

Good info and thx for tying in to things like a heart attack and a stroke. Currently addressing ED from a health perspective. Love the sex, so if I fix the former, I’ll get more of the latter.

I started having ED at 50 years old. After a few years, I seen a Dr. about it. He had my Testosterone checked. It came back 370. The Dr. said even at your age it should be 800-1000. He said I could start eating more Testosterone foods like meats. Steak Chicken and eggs. And Exercise. Or I could start TRT treatments. Injections. Not a fan of Weekly needles. I do partial Keto. I don’t eat in the morning. Till around 1-2 pm. I eat soft tacos and drink 1/2 & 1/2 Tea. 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea. Around 6-7pm I eat a small meal. Sometimes a cheese burger. Then I don’t eat against till the next day around 1-2pm again. I’ve been doing this now for 8 days now. I’ve been loosing around 1-2 pounds per day. And my erections are getting stronger.

Well, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein’s Thunderous Erections, it's so much easier and potent now!

I watched all 3 of your videos and I have to say that I'm great appreciative of your time and work you put in to get this information out to the public. I'm currently have myself adhered to the keto diet combined with intermittent fasting to help keep myself in ketosis. The 'clogged artery/vesicles' may definitely be an issue I'm dealing with because none of the supplements out there help in any way. I really liked the topic of the 3 day strict fast to further promote autophagy within the body, I'll be giving that a try shortly. But here's a question for you, can one be in a state of ketosis if it's only detected in urine and not serum?
