A Shaolin Quan Journey Part 1

A part of my "Shaolin Quan" journey filmed in China. This part took place in the year 2018 at Fawang Temple, China.
The body and mind needs to be prepared. By training hard and intense one learns that the mind can fool him or her by telling that one is exhausted while the body still has a lot of energy and power. It's about overcoming discomfort and going beyond limits. The developing of the voice and screeming is very important. It inspires ones brothers and sisters and helps to get the right tension through the whole body.
