When this one arrived, one of that sunction caps had a small hole so was impossible to stick it on my guitar. So had to improvise and fill that gap with glues and tapes. Using it since then and it's good.

Hi, I have a nitrocellulose lacquer guitar and I'm wondering if I have to apply the adhesive films.

I have one. It slides like a greased pig. I finally peeled off the foam and put a pad from a drywall texture trowel. Now it never slips.

I had the same problem. I got some sandpaper and put it round the part of the support that sits on my leg and taped it on. It doesn’t slip so much. Weird eh?

What's the minimum guitar thickness you can use, and how much are the replacements suction cups?

A warning regarding the ErgoPlay support. It works well but the suction cups would not adhere to my satin finish Taylor Academy guitar. They work well on a gloss finish but not on a satin finish.

Suction cups didn't stick at all on my classical guitar. But I checked the box and there were 2 stickers that you can stick to your guitar in the zones where you put suction cups. Now it sits well.

@@michaelk1589 tried those as well without success. Company kindly sent me new ones but to no avail.

I'm planning on buying an Ergoplay, but I can't decide on which one I'm going to get. I've seen a bunch of reviews now, and I must say it doesn't make it easier to decide. It seems that there are flaws with all of them.... Is there an Ergoplay that is just perfect?

Hey, Zak here. It depends on how much you like to tinker and customize your support. The more expensive model has more customizable features.

@@cesarvegamty Ended up just getting a Golden Gate GD-20 Dynarette. It works but not as good as a mounted solution. Sagework support did try to help but the outer frame is too thick for their magnets.
