So glad I found this Chanel. I find most lesson videos drag on too much or the teacher gets confused in the teaching. Since following your videos I've noticed a huge difference in my playing. Also your gear reviews are spot on! Thanks!!

Hey, Marty I’ve been obsessed with your videos for years and I can’t get enough! Is there any chance you could do the tutorial of the 1988 cover of this song?
@renae94506 жыл бұрын
Marty the thing I like most about your videos is the fact that you don’t use effects So many others totally ruin an otherwise good presentation by using distortion, too much reverb, echo etc etc Just a waste of time IMHO so I never subscribe to any of them and simply “turn the page” to either you or others who like/use the sound of the guitars natural voice You do a great job man so much success to you and please please please continue Cheers John

Hey Marty, just picked up the guitar and am kinda wondering where I should start. Obviously I'm starting with getting used to picking/strumming and moving up and down the fret board, but would it be better to start learning the essential chords or scales? Thanks and you're by far my favorite guitar teaching channel! Congrats on the success

In the Jerry Garcia Bands fall 1991 tour he played this song several times. It never sounded the same twice. The highlight was the very blusey version in Milwaukee during the second to the last show of the tour.

I have posted this before on other lessons, but I have yet to hear a reply. I hope you can help - Any chance that you could do a lesson on the solos in the live version 1979 Budokan Theatre - kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaaYe52tppWimZI - around 1 hour 24 minutes 03 mark, in the aforementioned video. That version has two leads, the one in the middle and the one at the end. Thanks in advance
