Has any one sadly, noticed that all the truly greats are now leaving us? There is NO ONE taking their place. No one of their ilk and ability who can fill an entire stadium? Where are all the truely big bands, the incredible artists who didn't need 50,000 thousand backing dancers and autotune? The artists who could command the stage just on their own or with just a backing band? I'm so blessed to be able to say I grew up in the 60's and 70's with all the GREATS. Today is filled with mediocrity regardless of the promotional propaganda of how great they are. The proof is in the pudding (and the record sales) and their longevity.

To share stage with Jeff Beck can be hazardous for your guitar reputation

Not all they play different styles and Eric is humble enough to let his good friend take the spotlight. Its NOT a competition buddy.

@@voxac30withstrat Absolutely, they've been friends since soon after Jeff joined The Yardbirds. (replacing Eric) They've often played together Eric is organising the tribute concert for Jeff (Sometime very soon) as he did for George Harrison. Should be top drawer
