I have to say here that I mean no disrespect to Mr. Eric Clapton, I have followed him and acquired all of his releases and in the past six years I suffered 3 Strokes and the last one, I lost the ability to walk and use the left side, and Mr. Claptons’s music and all the videos gave me the strength to learn to walk again. 1990 Melbourne's Rod Laver arena. My second time as 1987 was the first. Must have been the same age as I'm 54 in October. What about the sustain guitar effects in White Room of the same tour, blew the audience away!!!

True, he is uncharacteristically sloppy there, but I loved this performance because of the go-for-it attack that led to that trouble. If I may, I recognize when you get to the perfect number of drinks and you feel like a million bucks and you can just let loose. I enjoyed seeing what EC played from out there. Of course, if he was already sober then I'm an idiot. 😁

He played some absolutely iconic lead lines on the studio track that is disappointing not hearing any, as well as several sloppy riffs in this performance. This is not his norm. Every artist is human and will have a few clunker notes, but unfortunately, this one had too many.
