Eric Clapton Unplugged....released in '92, I bought it in 95, I was 15 years old, Radiohead, Oasis and Blur were all doing their thing, all of my friends were into Gangsta Rap, Snoop, Tupac, Biggie, Nas, The Pharcyde, I was still at school working weekends at McDonald's doing 12 hour shifts at 15 years old, earning £2.70ph and I spent £23 of my hard earned cash on this album... still my go to, breathtaking!

+Colerain Fan This concert was done shortly after his son fell to his death from his apartment complex. Eric was really down and reserved on this one. Hence why he barely smiled at all. But yes, he has been around for 50 years doing all these things and he is one of the great entertainers.

I picked up a guitar when I was 8. 1995, bc of Clapton.. (honesty more bc of Derek and the dominos, Blind Faith, cream, John Mayall and the bluesbreakers w/ Clapton) and it changed my entire life. I’ve always been more of a rhythm guitarist. Can play a little Lead, but watched this over and over and over maybe 1k times and learned the entire lead after 2 years? He’s a god.

He and Bill Payne (Little Feat) are the two finest keyboard player in rock music, and I don't think Billy could have played it better. Damn! What makes this such a Tour De Force of musicians,is that Eric Clapton isn't greedy with the solo's, and if you know anything about this gig, you'll not need me to tell you that, only the framework of the song is rehearsed and there is so much off the cuff 'ablib' just look at Claptons face when that masterpiece of piano hit's those high notes. Lesson over
