Eric Dressen is truly a lifelong skateboarder. A lot of people say it but Eric’s track record shows he is a skateboarder through and through. From turning pro as an adolescent to RIPPING into his 50’s, Eric has been a staple to almost every generation of skateboarding. This is a look back at Eric from our Euro tour in 2019. I dont think we will ever get over how cool he looks and how fast he goes. We love you Dressen!

Eric Dressen was jaw-dropping at one of the first demos I ever went to. 10 years later I went to LA: he let my mates and I sleep on his floor for a couple of days and we went for a skate ( never had so much trouble keeping up with someone). Now, a quarter of a century on, he's still ripping. Nothing but love and respect for this man... he's the embodiment of what skateboarding is about.

He is truly humble down-to-earth genuinely good soul, sober, hard-working and remembers where he came from. In the late 1980s after one of the Savannah Slamma contests here in Georgia he came to Atlanta and stayed with some folks we knew and went skating with us a couple days we took him to spots around Atlanta and to a mini ramp where he fell and his board bounced up and hit him in the eyebrow and split his noggin he went home with a souvenir from Georgia and had a great attitude about the whole experience. 100% Skateboarder For Life!

Brought a tear to my eye. Thought back to when I saw that "Who's Hot!", picture in Skateboarder, when I think he was 10 years old! I think it was the first Skateboarder Magazine I ever bought! Solid grinds. And backside nose grabs reminiscent of Jay- Boy! Yes style counts! But nothing matters more than your health, to love and to be loved.
